Presidents Holiday
February 13, 2009 through February 17, 2009
(3 night minimum)

• All room rates include a full hearty homemade country breakfast to start your day.
• Rates are based on two people per room; please add $25.00 for each additional guest in room.  
• All rates are subject to change without notice.
• Vermont Room and Meals Tax and Community Sponsorship Fees are not included in the quoted room rate.
• A two night minimum stay is required on most weekends.  We are flexible based on the weekend so please ask if you only need one night.
• A credit card number or deposit will be required in order to guarantee your reservation.
• Check in time is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, Please call if arriving later than 9:00PM or if early checkin is needed. Unless previously arranged Checkout time is 11:00 AM.
• Personal checks and cash are always preferred for final payment. Discover, Visa, Master Card and American Express also happily accepted. 
• We do require at least 21 days notice if you must change or cancel your reservation. A service charge of $25.00 will be charged to your credit card for any cancellation. In addition, if a cancellation is received within 21 days of a reserved arrival date, the full reservation will be charged unless we can re-rent the room for an equal stay. No-shows, early departures and same-day cancellations are responsible for the full amount of the stay. Cancellations received after the required date will be charged whatever portion of the stay we are unable to re-book.
• Complimentary Wireless internet is available in our Great Room and Libary Nook and most of our guest rooms. 
• Free shuttle is available from our front door to the slopes.
• For the comfort of all of our guests the entire Inn is Non-Smoking .
• Well behaved and Supervised children 6 years and older are most welcome.
• Although we do have a small dog of our own, we do not allow pets.  There are several kennels and boarding facilities locally that we would highly recommend.

Holiday Policy

• A credit card number will be required in order to guarantee your reservation. A deposit of 50% of the total reservation (plus tax) is required within ten (10) days of booking. Deposit must be cash or check.
• We require at least 30 days notice if you must change or cancel your reservation. A service charge of $25.00 will be charged to your credit card for any cancellation. In addition, if a cancellation is received within 30 days of a reserved arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited unless we can rent the room for the entire reserved period.
